Bepanthan and sudocrem
Sudocrem
Bepanthen as a preventative. +Breastmilk if there is a rash. Mine only had a rash 3 times so far and a bit of breastmilk cleared it up in 24hrs.
I always used bepanthan but I’ll be switching to Aveeno
@Debi I'm a first time mom expecting in March. How would you use/apply the breast milk in this case?
My best advice for nappy rash is making sure their completely dry between changes, air dry and a fresh nappy. Or if they have a rash then clean, air dry and add cream to help clear it x mine only had it a couple of times doing this method
@Lara I express breastmilk like normal, put the milk in the fridge and after a while it creates a creamy layer in the container. When I pour the milk into her bottle ready to use, theres some cream left on the side, I collect it in a little glass jar and put it back in the fridge. I use it until it expires about 4-5 days. Although I have seen some people mix breastmilk with coconut oil and use it that way on babys skin.
Bepanthen
Bepanthan
Nearly at 9 months and never once used the Sudocrem pot it’s still sealed!
Waleda nappy cream is gentle not sudocreme has steroid base
@Debi thank you for taking the time to explain! Will definitely try this when it comes to it x
100% Weleda 😍😍😍
Medihoney!! I noticed just a bit of redness on LO and with one application it was clear by the next nappy change

Candula, it's very good 💯
I use coconut oil instead of nappy cream. In rare occasions we get super mild rash then I put Bepanthen max twice and the rash is gone. Ps I really don’t like Sudo or even Weleda as much as the coconut oil and Bepanthen
I've tried the aveeno nappy cream and the waleda one and neither of them helped my LO rash. We now use the Tesco nappy cream or sudocrem.
