We've been using Pampers and its been the best so far in terms of holding blowouts and pee load! We've tried Mamia (Aldi brand) but have found that it's very lightweight in comparison to pampers and doesn't hold as much pee and leaks easily.
I use peachies there the only brand that doesnât give my son nappy rash and hold everything in they are expensive tho x
Peachies are sooo good. They are super absorbent and have helped my boy get over his awful nappy rash and itâs hasnt come back since. Very pricey though.
My little one leaks through all supermarket brands except sainsburys ones, they're brilliant and a good price
Aldi to be honest! Or Sainsburyâs! We used pampers (only because we had them in the Emmaâs diary) and they stuck to my LBs skin and gave him serious skin irritation and a little nappy rash, changed to Aldi and we have had no issues whatsoever x
Weâve tried almost all supermarket brands and weâve always come back to pampers
I have never gotten a blowout in cloth reusable - they have real elastics. If you use disposables - any brand - at least get some cloth covers to go over it (ESP when going out) so youâll never get poop on places they shouldnât be and a PITA to clean like the carseat, or pram or sling. As a cloth mum Iâve never had a blowout in cloth but did when he used sposies for the first 6w of his life, then we switched to cloth
Thank you for all the recommendations!! A question on sizing, there seems to be some brands that do NB from size 1 (4-8kg) and then others that do NB from a size 0 (2-5kg), did you just buy a mix of both?! Trying to prep in advance but no idea how many of what size to buy!
I just went for size 1 as my baby was predicted about 7.5lbs so not much under 4kg. But if I was gonna get size 0 I wouldnât get lots!
@Kim i bought size 1 because my baby was measuring almost 9lb at his last scan and was born at 9lb9oz but it all depends how big your baby will be xx

My friend recommended kit and kin to me. Both her girls have very sensitive skin and she said they gave them no nappy rash or problems. Also if you buy them on parenting club on boots you get 8 advantage points per pound. The currently have 15% off when you spend ÂŁ40 too
