Back to back maternity

Hi I’m currently on maternity leave from work its smp, no enhancements or additional policies. I’m now pregnant with my second, which will be due around the time I’m due back to work from my current leave. Would I be entitled to smp again from current work place ? How does it work? Has anyone been in similar situation??

As long as you are getting paid at least £123 during the qualifying period which is about week 17 - 25, you should receive smp again.

@Sandrine I’m currently on mat leave. I’ve said I’d take the year, I believe the last 3 months are unpaid but I’m not sure when my money will stop as wasn’t provided a date list of payments. Due to go back September so assuming June-sep is unpaid. I think it’s quite close… I’ve read so much online it’s boggled my mind x
