Job advice

Hi , so since having my lg nearly three year ago . I left my old job in care home due to the hours . I found a new job being a support worker . I’ve been there 2 year and absolutely hate it . Always understaffed , always getting phone calls on my days off . When it my days off I am always tired because I’ve been working long hours. I want to change my job , but with the qualifications , I have I don’t know what job I can do . I really want a Monday to Friday with work life balance . I’ve only really got health and social care 2/3/4 . So I am just wondering what job I am able to do with that . I would love to go into childcare but I don’t think have qualifications for it . Would help me with my daughter I can do more with my lg . So that she able to learn more . Instead of getting family to watch her whilst I work . Any advice would be appreciated , thank you .

I’d really advise looking at office based admin/call centre. The hours will be nicer and most companies offer working from home. I started at an insurance company as an admin assistant 10years ago with only my GCSEs and I’m now a business analyst, have moved up 3 work levels and have been put through 2 apprenticeships x

@Tara it’s so hard find job like though . I keep getting knocked back . X

What about self employed childminder. You set your hours in a way, and you have all the experience with your daughter and caring for ppl

@Emily I would do that , but the dog I have I wouldn’t be able to do .

You could work in a nursery, they do Mon-Fri
