As an alternative try Aveeno nappy rash cream x
We use ABC barrier cream which I actually now prefer as its not got Mineral oil on so better for their skin anyway x

Yes the yellow metanium has been discontinued. I believe it's due to being unable to source the ingredients? There is another type available in a white tube. I haven't been able to find any in shops, but they are on Amazon.
