Hey I was wondering if anyone can help me, I have the Joie 360 spin but if my daughter falls asleep her head falls forward and it’s hurting her neck, is there anything to stop this from happening??

Maybe post a photo of how you’ve got her in the seat so someone can suggest if there’s a way you can do it better? I used to be part of the car seat safety group on Facebook and would post my dusghrer onto there for advice x
The joie spin can be tilted backwards, i do it if i know my daughters going to sleep. We have the ispin safe (180, only rear facing) same just doesnt spina ll the way around. I still have the wedge and body support inserts in for my daughter at this age, even though it says take them out, as its a better fit for her. My oldest used this seat and she needed the 2 inserts until at least 3.5years old

Can you tilt it a bit back? Often their head falls forward if fit isn’t great (inserts aren’t correct or headrest too high/ low).
