To test or not to test?!

So today Im 14dpo, negative Monday and Tuesday. I didn’t test yesterday or today. Yesterday I had the lightest, tiniest bit of blood hardly even when I used the bathroom, I was fully prepared for AF today! Was going to call the doctor and get scheduled in for my next fertility appointments. Talked to her today and said that I didn’t end up starting! I’ve never like spotted then didn’t start my period before??She said that I have to know for sure that I’m not pregnant to move on to the next tests! Now I’m like, kind of curious. Should I just test tomorrow to make sure?! She said if I haven’t started Monday/Tuesday I can go in a do a blood draw! Today I’ve felt kinda yucky, like almost sick-ish? I assumed because everyone’s been sick but still no sign of period! I hate when my body like to play games! lol 🥲 Now I’m so confused!
