Blood pressure and urine test

Hi I was just looking for some advice I’ve been for my 36 week midwife appointment today and it was covered by someone else I’ve just seen on my badger notes that my blood pressure was 137/86 and it’s never been over 120 should I be concerned about this It also says under the urine test leucocytes and I was just wondering what this means Thanks Thanks

My hypertension consultant said if my blood pressure goes above 150/100 then to go straight in to be seen it’s only slightly higher than they like it to be they like it to be 135 and below, but they take into consideration that blood pressure can rise during appointments so with that reading they wouldn’t be concerned x

Leukocytes just means white blood cells so could just be a bit of discharge in the wee unless you have symptoms of a uti it’s nothing to worry about. Blood pressure is borderline, if you have a bp machine at home you could recheck it or if you have any symptoms of pre eclampsia go straight to triage (flashing lights in your eyes/ epigastric pain/ swelling/ severe headache :) x

Before I had my baby I had a few readings like that. In labor it was pretty steadily high like that. Delivery went great. A few days later I was dizzy and didn’t feel well. I went in and my blood pressure was about 145/95. They had me take blood pressure meds for a few weeks and all was well. Didn’t mess with breastfeeding or anything. They are keeping a good eye on me this pregnancy too just in case
