Any design minded mamas on here ?

We’re 🤞🏻🤞🏻 buying our first home and I’m getting a little to excited even though we’re only just reserving the property 😅 I’m not designer but this sort of things what I tend to do on the side more out of boredom than anything so thought I’d give it ago on a very rough layout of the home we’re 🤞🏻🤞🏻 buying . Any suggestions to make it better ? Again this is very rough and not 100% actually to size but I think it’s pretty close

Congratulations! I would open up the living/kitchen/dining and make it open plan and maybe configure the downstairs toilet a little bit to incorporate a laundry room

Absolutely love floor planner it's like the best part of the simms. I would rotate the dining table, and it will give you more comfortable space eating. Looks great, and congratulations on your new home.

@Becca oh I 100% agree but I just put it like that on the floor plan because we was leaning towards the idea of an extendable one which could be up the wall when not in use. we’ve never had a table, never had room for one, I never had a table growing up either so think it’ll be an adjustment getting used to using one and having it filling half the kitchen might just annoy me 🤣 I love my space! And the thought of the big kitchen which is 4x bigger than the one we currently have is just amazing 😅 🤞🏻🤞🏻 i get a call saying we can move forward with solicitors etc tomorrow, god im sick of renting a house we cannot do anything with ! 4 years is long enough to sit staring at cream walls when i hate the colour
