Girls what do we do on maternity leave once the dad is back at work?

I only have so many ideas for entertaining the little one between feeds 😅 and I’m sure there can’t be much telly left for me to watch either because that’s all that I seem to be doing other than going out for the occasional walk 😂

Have you looked around for baby groups? They’re great for babies but also brilliant opportunity to meet other moms who are in the same boat. I have met some lovely mums through groups and we now go for walks, coffee, playgroups etc together. Mat leave can be so lonely but remember we’re all in the same situation and if you’re like me craving human interaction I’d say get yourself out to baby groups ☺️

@Aga I wouldn’t take baby if they haven’t had their vaccinations as there are some nasty bugs going round like Hand Foot and Mouth disease (from personal experience)x

@malyka yes I definitely agree, better be safe than sorry 😊 although not sure they get vaccinated for HFM? Each to their own, we did baby groups from when my boy was around 8 weeks and luckily we were fine
