I had my scan Saturday and the midwife called me today to say I had low Papp a so I asked about the results for the rest as it still isn’t on my app and she told me! X
Oh really! I hadnt even heard of PAPP. The good thing is youll get the support and extra scans which will be reassuring! Im so nervous for my results! Dont have a direct number for midwife or an app so im just waiting xxx
My Papp A was 0.31 and downs was 1 in 650. This is the first pregnancy I’ve had with low Papp A. I was told on my app. Spoke to my midwife and she said it’s more common than you think and not to worry, just take asprin. I’ve been reading other people’s stories and does seem to be more common than I thought. It’s just another risk factor, doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong or will be wrong x
