Reduced movements while abroad

Sorry this is my fist time pregnant so very new to this. I’m going on holiday next month to Egypt where I’ll be 25weeks. I was just wondering if anyone has experiences of having reduced movements while pregnant abroad and whether your travel insurance covers you for this. I am not even sure if you should or shouldn’t be a normal pattern at 25 weeks. I have asked my travel insurances company and their response is still very confusing. So far I have not had any complications and having a low risk pregnancy. Thank you in advance I’m sometimes such a worrier x

That is quite early to recognise a regular pattern of movements. At that stage you're only really beginning to see a pattern, and it might just be that you don't feel it much during the day while you're walking around, and then at night when you're still that's when you notice movements

Don’t have water in your ice in your drinks in Egypt, don’t eat salad or anything washed in their water out there x have to be so careful 😳

I went to Greece when I was pregnant last time and rang my insurance company before I went just to check I’d be covered so worth a check with them as they will all vary

What @Rosie said! Also avoid scoop ice cream

Also be careful with dairy products & eggs incase they aren’t pasteurised
