To court ordered that he gets one day in the week and alternate weekend but I have a trip booked to see family for two weeks and obviously that means he wouldn’t be able to see her. I’ve told him this and he said no I can’t go because of it interfering with his time he says if I go, he would just go back to the courts and say that I’m not complying of court and that I’m missing Him having visitation what can I do? Surely it’s not fair. He just keeps threatening with court and won’t let my family you cannot talk to me let me talk to them. He already doesn’t get permission for me to take the children out of the country on holiday so this is a mini holiday 2 butlins but he’s saying he will not Allow it it’s ridiculous

It’s with Chris he’s controlling and narcissist and when I was with him, he was a controlling coercive and he’s doing it to keep me away from friends and family because I live in Bradford and they live in London he’s doing it to isolate me and it’s not fair I don’t know what else to do. He’s saying he wants to take her on holiday and thingsbut won’t allow me the same. I don’t know what to do.
He wouldn’t let her have family holidays out of the country he won’t consider my other children and let me have UK breaks away with her. It’s just ridiculous then he’s putting an application in order to take her on a holiday out of the country.

Unfortunately as its court ordered, you would be in contempt of court if you’re preventing him from his legally assigned time. The same way as if he kept your daughter for longer, you could start legal actions to have her returned to your custody x
