Hi! I can definitely help! I have a 19 month old myself! Want to message me? It took us also a minute to get into a groove but we finally got it down :)
I would say to just try and start one. Set time for everything and a certain bedtime routine that way they know what to anticipate. Timing can be what works for your family but try and make it the same time every day is my best advice. We've had a schedule since newborn because it helped me mentally. We did adjust as she got older and wake windows became longer.
@Lluvia De Milagros sent you a message !
@Amber had it not been so much chaos I maybe would have done that? First kid you make mistakes like that and don't make a schedule right away I guess :/
@Elizabeth definitely wasn't judging. you gotta do what works 🤷♀️ I'm a schedule oriented person. It also helped me manage my PPA
Nap 5.5 hours from wake up and bedtime is 5.5/6 hours from when they wake from nap. I’m not crazy strict about wake up times
I have a 19 month old and our schedule is: 8 AM wake up (usually) 8:30-9ish breakfast Playtime Snack 11:30 nap (She will wake up from nap anytime between 12-2 you never know what you’re gonna get 😂) Lunch Activity of some sort Dinner at 6:30 7-7:30ish get ready for bed 8 bedtime
I guess I need to find some activities and snacks 😅😅
