Bbhugme, pricey but worth it, used it with my first and slept with it ever since x

Bbhugme is amazing, and also Bella moon. I got cheaper ones before and they were just not quite right. Ended up settling with something more expensive and well reviewed and I didn’t regret it

I think it depends how you sleep. I'm a side sleeper so just got one for between my knees to ease the hip pain was enough for me.
