I have a Joolz aer+. I haven’t used it for my baby yet but it’s been amazing for our toddler and is cabin approved. It’s extremely light and easy to fold - definitely worth the expense in my opinion. If you have one take a carrier as it can come in handy when queuing to get off the plane when you’re not ready for the pram yet. In terms of flying get your little one to eat or drink when taking off and landing as it can help with their ears. Take lots of snacks too if she’s eating well (we took strawberries, blueberries, melty sticks etc). We stuck the fidget spinners on the window which was good entertainment and had the iPad with us. Hopefully she’ll have a good nap on the plane too if it times well with her nap time. Have a wonderful time!
We used the Graco Myavo stroller to take our little one to Crete and loved it. Lots of space underneath and very lightweight. Fit perfectly in the cabin. Flying - we took milk, snacks and suction toys that stick to the window/table to play with. We also did a few wanders up and down the aisle. I agree about taking a carrier as there will be a point where the stroller will need to be folded up/closed or asked to put it in the hold.
We’ve flown a lot with our baby and toddler as we live on a small island. A baby carrier for the airport / getting on and off the plane is so useful. At 7 months you won’t need loads to keep them amused on board, but the fidget spinner toys you can stick to windows / tray tables are great. If you need to take formula etc have a read through the advice here https://www.gov.uk/hand-luggage-restrictions/baby-food-and-baby-milk - some security staff don’t seem to be aware that you can take it through in hand luggage. I would take Calpol with you just in case, as it’s hard to get hold of abroad without seeing a doctor. Same goes for sun cream. We also take a fab that clips onto our buggy if we’re going somewhere hot, and a snoozeshade for buggy naps.
We have silver cross clic which we used with our first when on holiday. It fit in the overhead locker perfect! Lovely lightweight buggy

I haven't flown with a baby that small but I think I'd take a carrier, and lots of airlines let you take any pram/stroller right to the plane then put it in the hold then you collect it when you get out of the plane so carrier would be useful for this in-between bit. We flew with easyJet and they let you take 2 baby items free like pram/car seat/ travel cot etc.
