Pregnant with second - excited and terrified!

Hi all, thought I'd join the group though it's early doors (6 weeks). This will be our second, we have a 2 year old girl. I'm so so happy but also freaking out what it will be like with two, how our very mummy clingy girl will cope, how it will change our dynamic, how exhausting it will be, how it might impact my relationship (the first year we had some no sleep fuelled arguments for sure). I'm also soooo much more tired this time round. Anyone else in same boat? Anyone that already had a second and can calm any of my nerves?!

Congratulations! I'm pregnant with our third, I have a 3 and 1 year old. I have a lot of similar feelings and emotions to you, but I actually found the jump from 1 to 2 ok. You are already in it, the lifestyle adjustment isn't so major, yes you are tired but far more sure of yourself as a mum and that helps a lot too. You got this❤️

I’m exactly the same! I’m 6 weeks tomorrow and my little girl just turned 2 last week. She is also very clingy to me so I’m a little worried. I think she will love having a baby in the family as she loves playing with baby dolls but I think she’ll be jealous of the baby spending time with me. Just trying not to worry about it at the moment! Xx

This is soooo us! My 2yo is still boob addicted and feeds over night so don't know how I'm going to wean him off before baby arrives 🫠 Congrats and it'll all work itself out (I'm hoping haha) x
