Travelling on public transport

Such a silly question but I'm supposed to be meeting up with my friend and have to take the underground. I've been on buses and the overground where there is a bit more space and is often empty ish. Question is where do I position myself on the underground/tube? I'm so anxious about this

I would be near the doors so you can be by the pram, if you're taking a pram? I wouldn't move the pram down the centre of the train it would be very cramped.

@Charley yes I am! Thank you so sort of at the end of the carriage?

@Olivia I wouldn't aim for the end of the carriage as there's a smaller door normally and not as much standing room. The middle doors are bigger and the standing space is a lot bigger

@Charley thank you again! I'm aiming for the overground and Elizabeth line as bugger trains but still so anxious
