First trimester + toddler is killing me 😭😭😭😭

So I’m 9 weeks pregnant with an 18 month old and I’m a part time teacher, and the first trimester this time around is absolutely BRUTAL 💀😭 I feel sick all day long, dry heaving into the toilet multiple times a day and nothing ever comes up. It started around 5 weeks, can hardly eat anything but also always feel starving, no energy at all, constant nausea and wretching. Throw a toddler and work into the mix and I just can’t cope at the moment 😭😢 Obviosily I’m so grateful to be pregnant again but I just feel like shit all day long, with no moments where I feel even remotely ok, and I feel like I can’t get through much more of this. Does anyone have any practical tips for dealing with sickness and fatigue?? Ginger doesn’t work it gives me acid reflux which makes me feel worse🤢

I feel sick all day and tired too and then just eat to stop.feeling sick constantly hungry and have a 3 yr old and full.time yuck!

I was gonna say ginger juice....I actually just bought some today. I'm 7 weeks and off and on feeling very queasy. This morning I ate ramen with salmon in it and the chunks of salmon made me nauseated really bad so I feel you. I dont feel it all day though like you, just randomly. Have you asked your doc for nause meds? I know there are prescriptions meds for pregnant women that can help you get through the day. I just recently learned this and I'm on my 5th prgnancy. There are also some nausea bracelets that you can buy online that might help.

@Nedra I haven’t asked for nausea med, tbh I always thought they would only give those for women who are physically vomiting a lot and not able to keep anything down. Whereas for me I’m not actually vomiting I’m just feeling sick and nauseous all day long and dry heaving. I’ve only been physically sick once but man oh man the non stop feeling sick is killing me 💀 I’m going to ask about meds and see what they say, thanks! And all the best for your pregnancy
