Stumped on career

My daughter will be going into school full time soon, so I’d like to start focusing on myself and what I’d like to do for work. I’ve got the ball rolling to start a dog grooming business, started an online course on it, but I’m always questioning whether I’d be good at it… whether I’d be good at anything really. Sometimes I think I’d like to be in teaching or midwifery… but I’m so unsure of myself😞 Has anyone else felt like this?? How did others find what they enjoy and are good at? How did you become self-assured?
