First trimester illnesses
I have an infection on my throat and ive been given antibiotics. Has anyone taken them during pregnancy and if they have had any issues?

They would have given you pregnancy safe ones if you said you were pregnant. It’ll be better for you to take them and recover so you’re healthier for your baby! I’ve had a rotten cold this week and have also been having manuka honey and lemon with hot water which has helped x
Yeah if they’ve been prescribed they’ll be ones that are fine. I had them
Antibiotics are generally safe during pregnancy. I had some for a UTI in my first trimester, little man is now 15 weeks and thriving. Infection is much more dangerous than any minimal side effects you might have from the antibiotics
