Food in pregnancy.

Hi, I’m new on this group. I’m pregnant with my first baby and I’m between 4-5 weeks. Is it just me or some of you are experiencing this with food because since I found out I am pregnant I’ve been avoiding lots of food which are generally safe to eat and I’m feeling paranoid about it. Thank you

Well first congratulations. I’m currently pregnant with my third, and when I was pregnant with my first I was a little paranoid as well, but once I got preg with my second I ate anything and everything. I know pregnancy can be stressful but try not to stress, your baby will be perfect

Yes, I went off a lot of foods very early on, even things that I would eat all the time like bananas, meat, leafy veg!

Thank you for this. Today I’m going to Pizza Hut for lunch with family but they doesn’t know. I could have tell them but my mum won’t be there.
