Baby blues getting bad
I’ve tried speaking to my health visitor and GP and even self referred to a recommended service. My GP fobbed me off and the service has got a six week wait. I had PND with my first and feeling really low again now I’ve had my second baby. Not sure who else to turn to.

I don’t my love I’m sorry. It’s such a shame that instant help costs so much money isn’t it? Make sure you’re in the list for NHS help and also, have to checked with your local health visiting service whether they have text support? Ours has just started and you can text your issue and someone will call you back. Perhaps starting there, just talking to someone who at least knows babies is a start whilst you’re waiting for a therapist? Wish I could help more. I really do know how you’re feeling - I’ve been there. There is light at the end of the darkness I promise x

I’m so sorry you’re not being supported. That is the correct wait time atm sadly but they should still get the ball rolling for you. I don’t know your financial situation so I’m sorry to assume you’re able to but have you looked at BetterHealth online therapy? I used them recently and highly recommend xx
