Yeah I’m horrendous atm. I have ocd anyway so my thoughts are so much stronger . Also feel like I look rubbish my hair feels bad !
Reassuring not the only one this happens to and hope you’re managing ok? I heard about depression but not feeling like this. I’ve noticed eating less rubbish has helped today so I’ll try that over the next week x
It will definitely pass, because of hormonal is very high. when I have something to worry about it goes to next level worrying like I even imagine something bad will happen. Try telling yourself it’s your emotions but in reality you’re absolutely fine.
