Harvesting colostrum

It says to wait until 37 weeks. My midwife says if done earlier it can induce early labour. And you don’t want that. So wait till 37 weeks before you start trying.

I agree with above, definitely wait until at least 37 weeks and even then it’s recommended to consult your midwife before you begin. Each pregnancy is different and they may not believe that you should start just yet for whatever reason, so you’ll want to know that they think it’s definitely safe. They should also be able to give you a collection kit for free so you’ll want that anyway! ❤️

I haven't yet. I could but my midwife hasn't given me any syringes for it and quite frankly I just cba 😂
