Getting baby out

Finally hit 37 weeks had a growth scan yesterday and baby is weighing a lovely 6lb 10 so mission get this baby gradually starts today 🤣 (I know baby will come when he’s ready etc etc but I need this pregnancy over it’s been hell)

I feel the exact same had my scan yesterday and baby is weighing 2.8kg I'm 36+3 but just want baby out now

Do you have to have a growth scan? I’m 35 weeks and not had one - my midwife said that the way the size is plotting on the graph (whatever that means) is spot on. Just wondering if everyone gets one when they get to 37 weeks or if it’s something that gets flagged to happen?

@Lauran I never had a growth scan, last pregnancy or this one. I think they only do it if necessary. I’ve been low risk and don’t expect to have . I only had a scan today at 36+1 to make sure baby is head down as my previous was undiagnosed breech, and will be having a quick scan again when I’m in labor.
