It'll depend on your notice period in your contract, if you've got a month's notice for example even on maternity leave you need to give them this notice, so I'd check whatever the notice period is and just give your employer the minimum amount as they'll still have to pay you the notice period amount and any holidays you're owed that you've accumulated whilst on leave xx
@Donna I did check my contract and maternity policy before I left and there is no mention of a claw back clause how ever I’m happy with the amount id have to pay back if they did mention this anyway, wasn’t sure if notice would still be the same as during normal employment thank you 😊
Your contract will state how much notice you have to give but check if you had enhanced maternity pay and if they have a claw back clause. I work in HR so feel free to message me ☺️
