Cafe or restaurant? I use to put a pillowcase over her little table and a flower in a cup on it and make pretend menus and give her an apron and then pretend to order food from her. If you’ve got a play doctors kit and dolls/teddy bears you could do a little hospital or vets. Tea party or teddy bears picnic with dolls/teddys/toys

You can get pretend ice creams & a little ice cream van & pretend cupcakes for him to play with.

@Emilie ooh a doctor set sounds good . We do the picnic too i forgot to mention and the teddies and school . I like the idea of the menu thing . He'll love it he's so into these pretend games

@Rachel heyy yeah we have the pretend toys

You can make pretend ice cream cones and ice cream with construction paper!

We play doctors, vets, nursery, cooking, car garage, and rescue usually fire brigade

@Kath how do you play car garage 🤔 that sounds interesting

She pretends the sofa is a truck and I call her out as it's broken down, she then fixes it. Or with her toy cars she'll say one is in trouble and she'll go out and recover it and fix it, ( all thanks to Disney cars 🤣)

Playdoh is also really good for role play games

Also my little girl has always loved hair dressers/caring for babies. So I fill a bowl of water up with sponges and bubbles, we wash her babies and pretend to do their hair etc x
