You’ll probably find they’ll be extra conscious of getting it right and asking for a second opinion themselves if they’ve recently qualified

I had an appointment before pregnancy for my boob with a newly qualified sonographer - there was someone else to double check.

They are probably more likely to due to being newly qualified

I had new qualified sonography he just took his time to check everything and got someone in for a second opinion when he was unsure on something in my last pregnancy I was on there an extra 10 mins which was nice to see baby longer x

On the plus side if they’re newly qualified they’ll be well versed in the science and it’ll be fresh in their mind for what they’re looking for. It’s also likely that they’ll be less jaded and blasé than a seasoned sonographer. They’ll probably take their time and be keen to please x
