Should I still use the name?

I absolutely love the name Bonnie for our little girl. Problem is, our surname is Walker - someone pointed out that her name would rhyme and remind them of Johnnie Walker the whiskey. And now I can't unhear it! I'm struggling massively to find another name I like.

Bonnie is a beautiful name!

It’s a lovely name, I’d have never made that connection- is it an American brand?

Maybe is not that obvious with a middle name?

It’s a lovely name! My youngest son is called Harley. My partner’s name is David. It wasn’t until near the end of my pregnancy and we were so settled on the name someone pointed out he would be like Harley Davidson (David’s son) 😂. Something to laugh at and if you love the name just go with it x

I wouldn’t think twice about it! Johnnie Walker isn’t a bad thing anyway it’s just a drink. I think it’s easy to overthink these things when you’re still pregnant but once she’s here it’ll barely register. Bonnie is super cute.

Bonnie is such a beautiful name and your baby is not a bottle of whisky. If someone else has an association that’s fine but if you don’t I would just use the name you love! ❤️

Literally no one else would make this connection, not everyone is a drinker. Also, who cares, Bonnie is cute and you love it and that's all that matters! Kids at school won't think of the Whiskey and maybe when she's an adult it'll be a cute comparison
