Struggling to get through to N&N?

Trying to rebook a 12 week scan so my husband can come, I’ve called no joke 20 times each day for this week, all different times and cannot get through to anyone! Does anyone know if there’s another way to contact?

I would call Medicom, then they can hopefully get someone to call you back. I had the same issue and they then put it forward and someone called me that day and raised a complaint xx

So the Medicom number has changed - you just get redirected to the hospital! And the switchboard have put me through 4 times now and still nothing 🤦🏻‍♀️

There super hard to get hold of, best time to call them is first thing in the morning around 8 seem to be the only time I could ever get through to them 🙈

@Jess I tried first thing 3 mornings in a row 🙈 ironically I tried to call the complaints number… couldn’t get through!! I’m actually going to have to go there at this point 😩

It’s really hard to get hold of them. I tried 30 odd times a day for a few days. It’s frustrating. Try around 9:30 ish
