Ovulation test showing pregnant

I am aware that different hormones are picked up to detect pregnancy vs ovulation, but in my first pregnancy, the way I found out I was pregnant was by doing an ovulation test and it being very positive. Id never seen a peak ovulation test before, so testing for a few days and seeing positive made me do a pregnancy test and I was 7 weeks pregnant. This time around, I am tracking ovulation and for many cycles haven’t had an ovulation test be positive, the highest score on Premom was 0.48. Does anyone have any examples of what their ovulation tests looked like after they’d conceived that cycle? My ovulation tests have been remaining at Premom 0.25-0.4 for the last 2.5 weeks so wondering if I could be pregnant and maybe missed ovulation but of course my only experience is having very high ovulation tests to find out I was pregnant so wondering if it’s unlikely.
