I've been doing pregnancy yoga and the facilitator suggests sitting up on your knees, with a firm pillow between your bum and your feet. Forces you to keep a bit more of an upright posture but still comfy
This is my second pregnancy and both times I’ve needed to sit on my pregnancy/yoga ball to help with the discomfort of the sofa haha! It really takes a lot of the pressure and aches away
