HCG - how can i tell if it is twins?

hi ladies, i had my bloods taken to check my HCG and i was about 5 weeks 5 days. my number was 13,780. i was told that’s a high number. any idea if this is normal for that many weeks or potential twins? i have my scan in 2 weeks but just eager to have an idea what i might be expecting.
