I’ve been having some magnesium drinks every other evening. My midwife didn’t exactly approve them or say they were ok to have because of the other ingredients, but they’ve helped with sleep and restless legs x

I did starting in the second trimester and notice improvements with my sleep. Ive been dealing with alot of insomnia during pregnancy and I still wake up a couple times a night, but, notice taking the magnesium helps get me back to sleep faster.
Yes! I took magnesium glycinate throughout my whole pregnancy and still do. It is generally safe! 500 mg
