Best way to move baby!

Hi all Im 20 weeks and I’ve had 3 scans the past 3 weeks (inc a private gender one) My 20 week scan my baby is sooo deep in pelvis they cant measure the head. Thing is all of my previous scans had the baby in the exact same position head essentially down in my pelvis on my bladder (seriously causing me to go to loo 5 times a night!) So next week i have my final chance of my 20 week anatomy scan anyy ideas how i can move baby essentially not in the head down engaged position? X

Star jumps! Have a good walk, something sugary or cold before you go in x

I got told to have a freezing can of coke before the scan or a fresh orange juice by my sonographer x

I had cold orange fanta haha my husband sed star jumps i thought he was kidding lol as his other idea was sleep upsidedown like a vampire 😂 We got sent for a 20 min walk but the lil bubz dnt move except further into my pelvis after i went to the loo 🙄 Ill deffo try star jumps tho thanks anything to get this scan done!

I had to go in 3 times 😩 on the last go I grabbed a small can of red bull (dw it’s in your daily caffeine limit ) and that was the only thing that worked ! Something fizzy ! I tried walking , starjumos everything

Head stands against a wall or somewhere u can hold body upside down safely, little an often building up to gradually longer.. if u get dizzy at any point. Stop!! At least once a day is good or so I was told .. few days up to scans. X

Went for my 20 week s an other day and it's had to be rebooked for 23 weeks as they could not do all the checks. She was telling me to lift my bum and shake it whilst in the ultrasound lol. Perhaps try that baby moved a little but not enough to do the whole scanning process. X

With my first I had 3 failed scans I got so fed up, I put my coat on the floor and did a headstand against the wall outside the scan room … very desperate… I’m not a gymnast or even fit lol, but I was FED UP 🤣😂 my son loved to be upside down, tucked deep in my pelvis EVERYTIME literally ready for birth from 20 weeks same position 🙃

My hospital said they only try twice ! And the sonographer was like “oh in the olden days people didnt scans and everything was ok… “honestly that was not that reassuring 🙄
