If I have GD with my second does that mean I would’ve had it with my first? Never got tested with my first.

You might have had it with your first but could totally not have! Without having been tested it's hard to know. You could suspect it if you had a giant baby or had diabetes related symptoms like constant peeing (hard to say normal pregnancy vs gd) or a giant baby or low blood sugar/high blood sugar symptoms
At 34 weeks my baby was 6lbs and on the 78th centile. X
@Miriam didn’t have any symptoms and baby was 6lb 12oz so not huge at all

No, not at all. I never had it with my first and was tested. She was also a small baby. This one is estimated 7lb 2oz at scan yesterday at 36+6 xx
