I developed pre eclampsia at 39 weeks in my last pregnancy, anyone know if this puts me more at risk this time

They will class you as high risk for it yes, your midwife will likely tell you to take aspirin throughout this pregnancy.

I was same as you and just had my appointment and been advised to take aspirin and I’m high risk x

I was the same … I’m taking a low dose aspirin and also under consultant led care as classed as high risk x

I’m not pre eclampsia but high risk still - It depends on how your hospital trust deals with it, with mine your told in the booking appointment you will be consultant led from 16 weeks and will have an extra appointment with the consultant then to see how they will manage it so for me will be more scans and appointments to be monitored x
