Car seat recs

Looking for a car seat that will fit my 9 month now and for a few years to come. I guess it will have to be one that you can change from backwards to forwards facing. Overwhelmed by all the choice … any recs?

Joie 360 is fab. Our 2yo is still very comfy in it. He's still rear facing too.

We have had the Joie every stage since my boy was born, goes from birth to 12 yrs

They recommend rear facing as long as possible. We have the Joie ispin 360, it’s great. I use it in my 3 door car and I can’t complain x

As above we also use the joie 360 ispin. We have a 3 door car with bucket seats (BMW M4), and you have to adjust the seat to compensate for the extra seat tilt - but otherwise great x

We also have the Joie 360 but the XL version, so it takes them right through from newborn, until they no longer need a seat ❤️

We just got the Joie 360 that goes up to 4 years, we are loving it x

Cybex sirona

We got the jovikids 360 0-12y. I actually really like it. My 8m old as been in it for several months now as he’s a chunk and way over 12kg. We figured it was reasonable enough price incase we decide we need a second one for the second car. I have a Hyundai kona and it fits well in there and will fit great in my husbands car x

I just got the maxi cosi pearl x

Thanks all. Will check out the Joie 360 :) We have a Pearl for my husband’s car but it’s forward facing so we can’t use it until he’s 15 months.

Oh the pearl I have is rear and front facing but says to use rear facing until at least 15 months or as long as poss (up to the full 4 years), as per the norm advice. Maybe it's newer?

Our Pearl is quite old I think, given by a friend. We have a family fix base so we can’t have it rear facing unfortunately

Oh OK makes sense! Just FYI I have the family fix 3 base and it's rear facing! Just to add, in case it does go backwards before you buy another one haha. I'll leave you to it now xx
