Hey that’s totally understandable ❤️ it’s hard being overdue - I was the same at 41+1 and went into labour the next day xx

As @Rebecca said, try not to feel too deflated, as things change so quickly in pregnancy and labour! I understand it is disappointing, but it really doesn’t mean anything in terms of how long until baby makes their appearance. Just because you weren’t dilated today doesn’t mean you couldn’t even give birth tomorrow! It’s all an unknown and the timeline is different for everyone. Wishing you all the best! ❤️

Feeling the same, it is hard and frustrating and I cry a lot but reminding myself it is ok and things can and will change and the end is near, we got this. Trying to rest and relax as much as I can. ❤️

Remember that your due date is really a 4 week window! In France, they don’t even count you as due until 41 weeks. I felt the exact same, but remembering that my body and baby know when it’s time and that each day is a day closer to meeting your baby ❤️
