I've got low PAPP-A as well, been going in for extra scans every 3 weeks since I was about 28 weeks. Baby girls weight is estimated to be quite low at the moment so they're monitoring us closely but she's growing pretty well despite the circumstances x
Thank you ladies for commenting 💖 I’ve been getting the extra scans too and all seems great with her weight so far. I think I’m just a little paranoid as my son was premature so worried it could happen again with my daughter think I’ve had my hospital bag packed since 22 weeks 🤣. Glad to hear things are looking good for you both 💖
I had low Papp A it also made my Down syndrome screening come back higher my midwife told me. Daughter came out perfectly healthy at 6lb11 xx
I have low papp a this time round and a small baby (5%) but my other son wasn’t big either and I had normal Papp a. I have had quite a few friends with it actually but all seemed to have normal pregnancy and healthy babies so I wouldn’t worry really the risks are still small just means you get some extra checks
Thank you for your replies ladies really does help me feel more at ease. I came back high risk for Downs Syndrome too but after further blood tests I was deemed low risk. Xx
@Joy yes that’s the low pappa A that does that! Neither of my kids had Down syndrome either and I had low papp a for my son and my daughter too. He was 6lbs13.5. I would honestly try not to worry too much ♥️
Yes I’ve had it with all 4. The last being born in 2023 so have had to take aspirin every day and extra growth scans but all was fine x

Yes I have too! But everything going fine so far we're just having extra scans to keep an eye on things. There's a very good facebook group full of positive stories about it. It is a Risk factor but nothing more than that!
