Love to dream swaddles

I've always referred to this guide to dressing LO, until you work out if your LO runs warm or cold. My LO is always hot

I really like Merlin’s sleep suit and happiest baby swaddles!

We had our baby in July and we had 1 x 1 tog and 1 x 0.2 tog (our room is in the loft so gets very warm!), both were love to dream swaddles - they’re amazing

It largely depends on your room temp at night to be honest, but of course that may differ slightly between now and April. I’d recommend getting a gro egg or other room thermometer and seeing what temp the room where baby will be sleeping is at night. Our room is around 19 all night (we have a heat pump) and we’ve been using the moderate swaddle with a long sleeved baby grow and vest under which seems to be perfect for our little one x

The Love to Dream website has a guide for this! You can even search by season on the website so it will only show you appropriate togs for spring/summer etc. Also, I would recommend more than two, as you’d be surprised by how quickly they can go through them in terms of leaking nappies/spit up and being in the wash! Three of anything like that is usually recommended, there’s a good saying “one to wear, one in the wash and one spare”.
