Working mom

I work for myself and work an hour in the evenings while they sleep. My girls are 4 months old. It's the only time I have peace and quiet in my house!

I work nights and my husband works days. Zero help around from family

I am planning to go back to work too no help from family I am thinking two days a week I work from home so my hubby will have to look after the girls till September when they can access nursery which i need to start looking

I'm going back 2.5 days a week, we do have family help on the half day but the other 2 days we will be putting the children in nursery. With my first we managed to juggle things around enough that I went back full time but only needed 2 days of nursery, my husband took off 2 days in the week while I was working to watch my daughter, nursery the other 2 days and Condensed my hours in to 4 days. It did mean we never had any days all together because one of us was always at work but it's doable.

I work 0.8FTE across 5 days so have early finishes every day. My eldest is at school and toddler twins go to a childminder 5 days per week. Partner works full time but doesn't start til 9.15 so he does drop off and I do pick up. Also no family support. It's doable but the first few months are brutal. Wfh jobs often specify that you have to have childcare arranged - you can't be looking after children while working in most situations / it's basically impossible.
