See if you can self refer yourself to a women’s physio. Look on your local nhs trust and you should be able to do this. They will then check you over and give exercises etc to help. I went to one when my March baby was 3 months old or so as I wanted to get checked before working out again x
I've had my second (second section) 4 months ago and I am seeing a physio for this.

Yes , exactly this for me, 2 kids, 2 c sec, currently 9m pp, mine was pretty bad, I healed it once , and it’s getting there 2nd time.. following this and when I have a little more time later today I’ll tell you how I’ve helped mine or you can message me if I forget 😅
