Baby bath seat

I just bought one and my LO sits in it fine. Also much easier to wash them!

Is your little one sitting up, if so I'd go with a non slip bath mat or we use to lay littles ones on tummy in the bath or use the shower. I found seated bath seats so awkward to wash genitals.

I agree it is awkward washing babes diaper area with a seat but my LO is nuts in the bath 😂 so I use a bath seat for my almost 10 month old and have since she grew out of the Frida bath tub. I get washing the diaper area out of the way first then do everything else with her in the seat. And I feel more at ease with her playing and splashing around!

I bought a bigger baby bath and also a seat and literally days later she started sitting in the bath herself on a mat so they were a waste of money 😂

If you're sink is big enough than I'd say go with a shower flower! If not, they sell sit up seats that you can put in the bath directly

I much prefer the toddler sized bath tub. It was awkward for a week or two after she outgrew the angelcare thing, but then she started sitting and playing and Im able to be right there without getting soaked.

I got a baby bath seat for both of my kids until I felt comfortable enough letting them sit unaided (normally around 11 months when they start standing themselves) I found that it was a bit awkward to clean around their lower area and their bum wasn’t easy to clean like that and the older my kids got the more they hated it and felt restricted but I don’t regret buying it because it kept them safe and served that purpose

Some times she’ll get in the bath with me or the shower she has done since birth. Or since she’s learn to stand and sit very well I let her sit in the bath - shallow water just above her belly button she loves it she tried to swim and everything in the bath. I have tried the bath seats but she hated them she likes to enjoy the bubbles and toys. I personally didn’t and haven’t used a baby bath as I didn’t feel comfortable I used the kitchen sink (old classic) or in the shower/ bath with me till 6/7 months now I can trust her in the bath if I need to pee (my eyes are always in her and im ready to jump if i need)

Thanks everyone! My baby is nearly sitting by herself so I’m gonna get her a bath tub mat instead of a chair considering she’s growing so rapidly and so tall as is

I never used one. As soon as he could sit up, he was sitting in the tub. Kept water low and a hand on shoulder or back but I have always laid him back in the tub to wash and rinse hair and diaper area. I always thought it would be such a pain to wash them in a seat

We still use the Frida baby bath at 18m!
