I would choose the one on top. It’s versatile, it can recline which is still recommended at this age for rear facing position.

The extend all in one. The only difference with the two in one slim (I believe) is that the weight limit maxes out at a certain weight because it doesn’t transition into a booster. She’s so long so the rotation is definitely helpful and it has buckles that tell you if they get too warm or if the buckles aren’t clicked in. The only reason I didn’t get this one right away is because the Evenflo infant only car seat pops in and out with a handle and quickly clicks into the stroller https://a.co/d/8dQZKLm
We went with the Revolve 360 Slim (our 1yr old is a chunk!), and we love them! Best choice ever. The pivot is a game changer, and we will be using it for our 2 week old once he's big enough, too!
