TW ..Line progression to negative after m/c

Unfortunately found out we’d lost our baby on 17th feb, the hospital are phoning me on Monday to check if I’m testing negative. I’ve just done a test and got the result in this photo, am I going with it being negative or would you class it as a faint line? Will post a photo in the comments of the test from 4th March to compare line progression. We did have sex last Saturday(couldn’t wait lol) but that wouldn’t affect anything yet would it? 🤔 I’m so stressed hahaha
