I had this. I had to take aspirin everyday for the whole pregnancy and have a scan every month. I had a healthy, 8lb5oz baby. Please do not worry. I was terified, but they scare munger and it really wasn't a worry. It can cause pre-eclampsia hence why they monitor so much. Xx

I had it, I had to take 150mg of aspirin daily until about week 36, you should get it prescribed, and you should have an appointment with your midwives or a consultant to explain it all properly. My baby was predicted to have a low birth rate, and we had growth scans every two weeks from week 24 - 34/36 because baby wasn't growing properly in certain areas. While he was on the smaller side at birth he was absolutely healthy and perfect, born at 41w+5 at 6lbs 15oz. Yes it's a risk factor for other complications like pre-eclampsia but it's best to try not to worry about (easier said than done) as it doesn't mean you will have it. xx

@Rachel okay thank you, ofcourse thinking the worst things. Just want to know baby will still be okay xx

@Rebecca thank you for that! Definitely trying not to worry, but it’s not happening 🤣 just want a healthy baby c

Yeah I had it with my first baby and now again with my second, literally nothing to worry about it’s just a risk that the baby may be a little bit smaller than “normal”. I was induced with my first at 38 weeks because of this and she was born perfectly healthy at 5lb 11oz, I went home 4 hours after birth! They didn’t give me aspirin for my first even tho they should have… but I’m taking it now in my second pregnancy and again all is looking fine, honestly nothing to worry about xx

Just had a low papp-a baby, baby is healthy and 16 days old. X
