High blood pressure first trimester
I'm confused as I had a healthy child in 2023 with normal BP. I have since had a missed miscarriage where I had high blood in the first trimester and now yet again pregnant with high BP in my first trimester which is worrying me even though the midwife didn't seem to concern about my BP being 137/90
Has anyone had high BP through their pregnancy with success?

I had high BP from 6 weeks with my first, just gets monitored aspirin from 12weeks until 32 weeks and constant blood tests and scans from 28 weeks I also had high blood pressure with 3 more pregnancies which 2 being chemical and 1 being a missed miscarriage

As you progress you should be aware that anywhere near 140 should be tested for preeclampsia - urine and bloods for liver/kidney function, especially after 20 weeks. Did your screening test at 12 weeks come back for high risk for preeclampsia? If so you should have been put on baby aspirin.
