Do you track your BBT? LH strips only show the surge of the hormone. It doesn’t really confirm ovulation. But if you haven’t got a positive LH for a while, this is it.

@Pam no I don’t yet. I don’t want to stress myself out too much. So it’s possible I’m not ovulating?

We can’t know for sure without knowing your BBT. But LH positive suggests that you will ovulate within 12-36 hours.
